Join the Practice
Enroll online or schedule a brief introductory consultation to ensure the practice is the right fit.
Schedule Your Initial Visit
Your first appointment is comprehensive and unhurried. We review your medical history, current concerns, and long-term health goals.
Ongoing Direct Access
Members have direct communication with their physician by phone, text, or telemedicine, along with timely in-person appointments.
Focus on Prevention and Partnership
Care is centered on long-term wellness, chronic disease management, and thoughtful decision-making with clinical visits that are flexible and suited for your needs.

About Senn Medicine
What's Included
Membership includes comprehensive, concierge-style care services such as:
- Annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Management of chronic conditions
- Same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible
- Direct communication by phone, text, or telemedicine
- Basic in-office procedures
- Guidance on urgent concerns
- Care coordination with specialists
What's Not Included
Senn Medicine is not a substitute for health insurance.
Membership does not cover:
- Hospitalizations
- Emergency department care
- Specialist procedures or surgeries
- Advanced imaging or laboratory services performed outside the practice
**Senn Medicine does not currently participate in Medicare as an opted-out provider. Therefore, Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible for membership.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
- Senn Medicine does not bill insurance for any care services. Members pay a flat monthly fee.
Can I still use my insurance?
- Yes. Insurance is encouraged to be used for services outside the practice such as specialist visits, imaging, or hospital care.
Do you accept Medicare?
- No. Medicare beneficiaries are not eligible for membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
- Membership may be discontinued at any time with appropriate notice.
Will Dr. Senn be my doctor in the ER?
- Membership does not cover emergency care or hospital services, but members may contact Dr. Senn for guidance when urgent concerns arise. When available, Dr. Senn can help determine the appropriate next steps and provide context to ensure informed decisions. True medical emergencies should always be directed to 911.
What happens next?
- Upon membership, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours
- You'll be given direct access to Dr. Senn by phone, text, and secure email
- We'll schedule your first visit (virtual or in-person)
- You can reach out anytime for questions, concerns, or urgent issues
